WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
We ship worldwide including Europe, North America, Far Asia and Australia. We provide two shipping options:
Shipping internationally costs will vary based on weight and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In certain cases when your order exceeds a certain number of items, the Standard shipping method goes higher than the Express option. Obviously, we recommend you always go for the cheaper options.
Once the package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and a link to the tracking page. Keep an eye on the tracking information as all up to date information will be posted. You should get the tracking info after 1 working day of making the order. If you don’t get an update, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you. For the Standard shipping option, please allow a maximum of 20 days after receiving the tracking code. In case your package takes more than that, please email us and we will assist in locating it in every way possible.
We accept Credit Card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express, in addition to PayPal from anywhere in the world. For orders from the United Arab Emirates (our hometown), we offer the option to pay cash on delivery.
If you would like to cancel an order, you can contact us at [email protected] within 6 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order if it is made during a sale period.
TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES
We do not charge tax on any of our orders. though, all packages sent outside the United Arab Emirates might be subject to custom duties. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. La Come Di does not take responsibility for any customs charges.
If you refuse a shipment from La Come Di, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to La Come Di. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
After an order has been shipped to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Though, this never happened to us so far. If an error in the address occurs from our side, we will naturally be responsible and we will either resend it to you or try to find it if possible.
