I have received my order but an item is missing or incorrect. What do I do?
If there is something missing from your order please e-mail us at email@example.com giving us your name, your order number and what is missing or incorrect. We will send the missing item right away if it is in stock, otherwise, we will issue a refund. For incorrect items, we will schedule a pickup to return the incorrect item to us and will send you either the correct item or a full refund.
You got something in the store that I just must have. But it is out of stock in my size. What can I do?
Well thanks 🙂 New items can sell out quickly, but we may get more soon! We usually do not restock right away when an item goes out of stock, but if something is very popular we might do. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and mention which item you would like to restock and we will notify you with updates.
I was charged twice. Why is that?
We’ve never experienced this issue but in the uncertain world on The Internet, anything could happen. If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card. From our side, your credit card will only be charged by us once after your order ships. You can always contact us on our e-mail and we will do our best to make sure that the payment is not charged. Don’t worry 🙂

I need to change something in my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately on email@example.com. We generally process orders within 2 business days, and once we have shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
When do you usually ship orders?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise or the documentation needed to ship to your country. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
How long does an order take to reach me?
All order are handled by FedEx and are fully trackable. Usually international orders take 3-4 days to reach their destination. As for domestic orders from the United Arab Emirates, the packages are sent overnight and you will get them in 1-2 days from the shipping date. In case you did not receive your package in that time frame, yu can contact FedEx with your tracking number and they will be able to help you. Also you can contact us and we will do our best to find it.
My order is late. What do I do?
We endeavor to get your orders to you in the outlined timescale but sometimes this is out of our control. If you do not get an e-mail with the status of your order within 2 business days of making it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update you on the progress. All our packages are tracked and we will send you the tracking number to follow up with the courier. If the estimated delivery date has passed and there is no relevant information please contact us and we will do our best to help out.
Will I have to pay international duties or taxes?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount of the duties and taxes fee varies from 0-20% of the total amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentage.
Unfortunately, we cannot control any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
If you refuse a shipment from La Come Di, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to La Come Di. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
