We’re sad things didn’t work out for you. We do take extra care to make sure all items sent out are in perfect condition, but we are only human. Here’s the good news though: we accept returns within fourteen (14) days of purchase, risk free and for whatever reason.
For faulty or incorrect items
If you are within the United Arab Emirates and the item is incorrect or faulty and we will arrange for a pick up from you and will send you a replacement once we verify the fault.
For International customers, if the item is incorrect or faulty and you need to return it, you will have to send it back to us and we will refund your shipping costs on receipt of the item. Once the item is received, we will resend the correct item free of charge.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you select a tracked service and please retain shipping proof in case there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Though, any additional costs for returning a faulty or incorrect item will be our responsibility.
Returns for any other reasons
Here’s the fine print. You just can’t return anything that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment (PayPal, Credit Card or Cash). Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. If you decide to return an item for any reason other than it being damaged or not what you ordered, you will bear the charges of returning the item back to us. Specific size guides are mentioned on every product in detail, so make sure the size you are ordering fits you right to avoid returning it.
To request a return please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason behind the request. It is very important that this is sent back to us so pop it in the package and post to:
You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size of the same item. Please contact us on email@example.com stating the reason behind the exchange and we will assist you further. If you want a different item, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
The cost of returning the goods to us for an exchange is your responsibility. Also, you will be responsible for the shipping charges of returning the item back to us.
If the item you want to exchange is not available you will be issued a refund instead, unless you decide to pick a different item(s) that total to the same price.
